What we close on the truck.

M Series oven ignitor. Slow to bake, broiler cuts in and out. The hot-surface ignitor cracks or weakens so the safety valve stays shut. We carry it, one hour on site.
Dual-fuel oven sensor drift. Holds at 350 but runs 40 over at 450, so high-heat roasting scorches. Aging RTD sensor. Replace it and recheck calibration, half an hour.
All-gas range-top burner and venturi. Slow light, ragged flame, cap sooting up. Pull and re-seat the cap, clear the venturi, confirm an even flame. Quick visit, no board.
Warming-drawer thermostat. Drawer quits holding temperature. The thermostat is cheap and it's usually the culprit. One visit.
