Every fridge with a dispenser or ice maker has a water inlet valve. The fittings can leak under the cabinet, or the solenoid fails and the dispenser and ice maker stop getting water.

Common repairs we handle.

Scaled or dripping water inlet valve on a WRF or WRX. The dispenser slows to a trickle, cubes come out small, or water keeps dripping into the icemaker after a fill. We check supply pressure, look at the valve screen, and measure each solenoid coil. With water this hard, a crusted valve gets replaced rather than cleaned, and we check the supply line and fittings while the fridge is pulled out.
Freezer rattle and a fresh-food side drifting warm. A buzz from the freezer comes first, then the fresh-food side climbs while the freezer still feels cold. On the WRF and WRX that points to the evaporator fan motor. We confirm the fan has failed, check the evaporator for frost, and swap the motor, which we usually carry.
Cabrio that fills slowly or stops short of level. Hard water also crusts the screens where the hoses meet the Cabrio's inlet valve. The washer hums, trickles and waits. We pull the hoses, clear or replace the screens, and test the valve coils, then run a hot fill and a cold fill before we leave.
