- WFW front-load washer drain pump. Washer stops mid-cycle full of water, or drains slow. In stacked closet units the drain pump filter clogs with socks and coins and nobody checks it until the machine quits. I clear the filter and confirm the pump motor before replacing anything.
- WRF/WRX evap fan motor. Freezer buzz and a fridge section drifting warm, the most common fridge complaint I get in the Foster City condos. Motor is stocked on the truck.
- WFE range igniter and bake element. Oven will not heat or a burner will not catch. Both stocked, both same-visit once I confirm which part failed.
