Common repairs we handle.

Worktop condenser starved for air under a counter. A Victory worktop or undercounter unit breathes through its front grille. Push a trash can or a stack of sheet pans against it and the condenser recirculates its own hot air, pressure climbs and the box drifts warm by mid-shift. We clean the coil, check the condenser fan and show your crew how much clearance the grille needs.
Compressor that clicks and will not start. A compressor that clicks and trips on overload may have a weak start relay or capacitor, or it may be getting low voltage at the outlet. In an older building we measure the voltage at the plug while the compressor tries to start, then replace the start gear if that is the part that failed.
Gasket torn at the hinge corner. A torn gasket lets warm, damp air in every time the door closes. The coil frosts, the unit runs without a break and the food near the door warms first. We fit the gasket matched to your model and serial number and adjust the hinge so the door pulls shut on its own.
