A blank or scrambled display, alarms that will not clear, or a cabinet ignoring its setpoint usually traces to the controller board, a probe, or a loose harness connection rather than the refrigeration circuit. We diagnose at the board level with the fault codes, replace only what failed, and confirm the cabinet cycles correctly on setpoint before we leave.
