The Trane unit works fine but the rooms do not cool evenly. I pressure-check the ducts and seal the leaks instead of upsizing the equipment.

How far is Oakland from your San Ramon shop?
From San Ramon it is about 35 to 40 minutes through the Caldecott into Oakland off peak. We work Piedmont and Berkeley on the same trip, so the inner East Bay is a routine route for us. -
