BI-48SD condenser fan wearing out in hot summers. The condenser fan on BI series units logs a lot of hours through Santa Clara summers, and a worn motor shows up as a hot kitchen grille, longer run times, and eventually an over-temperature complaint. I replace the motor, deep clean the coil while the grille area is open, and verify head pressure comes back down where it belongs.
