The older homes around the Country Club and Loyola Corners are where these units have racked up the years, so the calls tend toward wear. The inlet valve clogs on Peninsula water and the fill drags. The TC drive belt usually reaches end of life in the 8 to 12 year range. FF front-loaders fail at the door boot and the drain pump once the cycle count builds up. We fix the actual failure rather than swapping parts to find it.
