On the Bespoke and FlexZone four-door fridges, the complaint is usually the convertible drawer stuck in one mode. That is the flap motor. The NX ranges come in with a burner clicking and not lighting, and on that platform it is usually the surface igniter or the spark module. FlexWash stacks crack the upper drain-pump impeller. We carry the common fan motors and igniters on the South-Bay truck, so a fair number of these close on the first trip.

- NX range burner clicking, not lighting. Surface igniter or spark module, the two failure points on that platform. We test the circuit and replace the failed one.
- Bespoke FlexZone flap motor. Convertible compartment stuck in one mode. The flap motor that switches fridge-to-freezer is the failure. Quick swap.
- FlexWash drain pump. Upper stacked washer drains slow or not at all from a cracked impeller. Replaced in one visit.
- Family Hub firmware recovery. Blank screen on boot recovered through the service menu and a door-board reboot before any panel is quoted.
