We pull the panel, thaw and inspect the evaporator, and fix the defrost fault that caused the icing instead of just melting the symptom.
Family Hub touchscreen dead on power-up. These fridges push firmware updates on their own schedule, and a bad update leaves the screen black at boot while the cooling still runs. The screen hardware is almost always fine. We restore the firmware on site and the display comes back without a panel swap.
WaterWall dishwasher stopping with an LC code. LC is the leak sensor in the base pan. Sometimes it is a real leak from the sump or a hose, sometimes it is condensation reaching the sensor. We open the base, find the actual moisture source, and repair that rather than resetting the code and leaving.
