- Rheem ductless heat pump low on charge. On the mini-split retrofits common in Berkeley, weak heating usually traces to a slow refrigerant leak at a flare joint. We pressure-test, repair the flare, pull a vacuum and recharge to the Rheem nameplate weight.

How long is the drive from San Ramon to Berkeley?
We take the 24 west through Orinda or the 580 up through Oakland and Piedmont to reach Berkeley. Off-peak it runs about 35 to 45 minutes depending on which side of the hills you are on. -
