No-duct bungalow head running weak. Older Niles and Centerville homes use ductless because they have no ducts. A weak head is often a long line set never corrected for length or a clogged filter and coil. We measure and clean before condemning the unit.
Mission San Jose head losing capacity in the heat. Up against the hills it gets hot. A head that falls behind in summer points to charge, a dirty condenser, or a tired outdoor fan. We check all three and confirm the charge for line length.
One zone dead on a multi-zone. A single dead room with the others running is that head's board or thermistor, not the outdoor unit. We confirm by code and repair the head.
