Head blows cool air on foggy mornings. When the coil ices up in Daly City's damp cold and the defrost cycle does not kick in right, the head keeps running the fan but the air coming out is not warm. I check the defrost sensor reading against the actual coil temperature and look at the reversing valve before I decide anything needs replacing.
Weak zone in a Westlake garage conversion. A lot of these Doelger garages got finished into a bedroom or office with a single Mitsubishi head added after the fact. If the head was sized off the garage's old footprint and not the finished room with insulation and drywall, it will run constantly and never quite hold setpoint.
