- Control board failing on a column from a late-2000s build. An aging control can freeze the display, lose its settings or stop starting the compressor. Before blaming the board, we check the sensors it reads, the connectors and the supply voltage, since any of them can mimic a board fault. When the board is truly bad, we confirm the part number and the lead time before ordering.
- Sealed-system leak on an older built-in. A column that runs constantly and never gets cold, with little frost on the evaporator, may be low on refrigerant. We test for a leak before recommending anything. A sealed-system repair is the most expensive fix there is, so you get that number and the alternatives before deciding.
- Wine cabinet in a Willow Glen remodel losing its setting. A wine cabinet that forgets its setting or drifts several degrees usually has a failing sensor or a control losing power at a loose connection. We check the power supply, the sensor resistance and the display board in that order, and replace only the failed piece.

What should we have ready before the technician looks at our Liebherr?
