Common repairs we handle.

Blown low-voltage fuse on the furnace board. A thermostat wire chafed on a sharp edge or a shorted coil can blow the small fuse on the board, and the thermostat goes dead. We find the short before replacing the fuse, since a new fuse on a shorted wire just blows again.
AC coil pan overflowing onto the furnace. Condensate from the coil above the furnace drains through a line that clogs with algae. Water spills onto the furnace and can ruin the board. We clear the line, rinse the pan, and add or test an overflow switch that shuts cooling off before it spills again.
