We pull the blower assembly, clean or replace the wheel depending on buildup severity, and verify airflow before reassembly. This is the single most common call we run on Gree equipment in inland Bay Area homes.
Condensate Line Blockage and Overflow. Gree wall units in Cupertino's drier summer conditions sometimes see inconsistent drainage because the condensate pan is not flushed regularly and mineral deposits accumulate at the trap. The first sign is water dripping from the front of the head or a drainage fault code. We clear the line, treat the trap, and check the pump if the unit has one.
