We refill and set the dispenser, then test the drying fan and check that the flap valve in the drying duct opens. A seized fan or a stuck flap gets replaced.
Dispenser inlet valve scaled or dripping. French-door and some integrated models with ice or water have a solenoid inlet valve at the back. Mineral scale can build at its screen and slow the fill, and the fittings can seep. We test the solenoid, look for water at every joint, and replace the valve when it fails. Column-only units without a dispenser have no such valve.
Double DishDrawer flashing F1 and refusing to lock. The lid actuator pulls the inner lid down to seal the tub, and on a double DishDrawer it wears out after some years of use. We fit a new lid motor and a new seal together. A fresh motor pressing on an old seal is the next leak, so we quote it as one job.
