Will you need to open the plaster wall behind the Cove?
Rarely. The drain and supply connections are under the sink and beneath the machine, reached from the front or through the sink cabinet. Plaster only comes into it when a supply pipe inside the wall is the problem, and that is a plumbing job we would point out, not guess at. -
