- Floor furnace gas valve stuck. Older gravity floor furnaces in these homes lose the gas valve and the burner never opens. We confirm the pilot proves, test the valve, and replace it with the correct part.
- Burner clogged with dust through the grate. Floor units pull dust through the grate and the burner ports clog, giving weak heat. We pull and clean the burner, inspect the heat exchanger, and reassemble it to fire evenly.
