Laurel Street carries the town's restaurant row, a run of cafes and sit-down spots that lean on Victory reach-ins and prep tables to get through lunch and dinner. A few blocks east, past the Caltrain tracks, the industrial side of town holds commissary kitchens and small food producers built around Victory worktop and undercounter units instead. We service Victory equipment in both settings as an independent shop, with no dealer pitch attached.

We route San Carlos with Belmont and Redwood City on our regular Peninsula days, not as a special trip out from the East Bay. The diagnostic is $99, credited toward the repair, with a written quote before any work starts.

Common repairs we handle.

Reach-in running warm on Laurel Street. A Victory reach-in that won't hold temp in a Laurel Street kitchen is usually a condenser packed with kitchen grease, a worn door gasket, or an evaporator fan that's lost a bearing. We clean the coil, test the fan, and swap the gasket, and most calls start with an on-site diagnosis and a written estimate.
Prep table rail warming in the commissary kitchens. On the east side commissary and production kitchens, a Victory prep table's rail warms while the base stays cold. That traces to airflow, most often a clogged condensate drain or a tired evaporator fan. We clear the drain, replace the part, and check the cleaning schedule so it doesn't repeat.
Sealed-system leaks and tired compressors. When a Victory box has lost its charge or the compressor's failing, we handle the leak search, recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in in-house under EPA #1279674151528. On an older unit, I'll tell you straight if the compressor swap is worth it.
