We pull and deep-clean the coil, check the condenser fan motor and capacitor, and read the pressures to confirm the system is back in range.
- VPP and VPT prep table evaporator icing and warm pan wells. Millbrae sandwich and pizza stations run Victory prep tables hard, and the top pan wells stop holding safe temp when the evaporator ices over or the condensate drain clogs. Usually it traces to a tired evaporator fan motor or a defrost termination fault. We clear the drain line, replace the fan motor if it is dragging, and verify the pan rail holds product below 41 degrees.
