Kelvinator in San Ramon
Kelvinator commercial service.
We dispatch out of San Ramon, so this is the shortest drive we make. A lot of the cold-side work here runs through offices. Bishop Ranch cafeterias, the micro-markets tucked into the towers, and the restaurant row at City Center Bishop Ranch all lean on reach-ins, freezers, and merchandisers that a few hundred people depend on daily, and a fair amount of that is Kelvinator gear.
When a Kelvinator unit at a working campus goes down, it moves to the top of the list. We service the brand as an independent shop, no factory-authorization claim.

Common repairs we handle.
- Cafeteria reach-ins and prep gear. Kelvinator reach-ins behind the City Center kitchens and Bishop Ranch cafeterias drift warm or ice up, and prep units won't hold temp through a lunch rush. Common fixes are evaporator fan motors, defrost timers and boards, condenser fan motors, and contactors.
- Micro-market merchandisers. The micro-markets in the towers run Kelvinator glass-door merchandisers and grab-and-go cases that fail on door heaters, defrost faults, and clogged drains. We rebuild the controls and water side rather than push a new case.
- Sealed-system work in-house. We handle sealed-system work in-house with proper recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in under EPA #1279674151528. We're R290 hydrocarbon trained through Mainstream Engineering for the newer self-contained Kelvinator units.

FAQ
Kelvinator in San Ramon questions, answered.
-
How fast can you reach a San Ramon site?
It's the shortest drive we make, since we dispatch from San Ramon. A unit down at a working campus moves to the top of the list. Open 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days, same number after hours. -
Why does San Ramon water hurt ice and water gear?
San Ramon runs on Zone 7 water, and it's hard, so scale builds on evaporators and water lines and slowly kills performance. A descale, a fresh water filter, and a cleaned condenser usually brings gear back. -
What does the diagnostic cost?
The diagnostic is $99, credited toward the repair, with a written quote before we touch anything. We're an ADRIUM Service Solutions line, CSLB #1136642, BBB A+.
