You're based in San Ramon. Do you actually come out to Albany?
Yes. Albany is a regular stop for us, routed with our Berkeley and Richmond Inner East Bay days, usually the same week. Figure 40 to 45 minutes each way, via I-580 or Highway 24 to I-80. The diagnostic fee is all you pay, no separate trip charge. -
Is Gree a good fit for a small Albany bungalow or ADU, or should I be looking at something else?
We repair existing Gree systems. For a new ductless system, we install only Mitsubishi Electric. Factory build quality is good, and Gree happens to make the equipment behind a handful of other brands you'd recognize. Our status with Gree is as a listed contractor.
