We leak-check first and quote the repair rather than just adding refrigerant, since a system that's low will just go low again.
- Blower motor and inducer failures in original furnaces. San Mateo Village and Central Park area furnaces that are original to the house tend to lose either the blower motor or the inducer motor first, and both show up as the furnace running rough or shutting down on a safety lockout. We pull the fault history off the board and confirm which motor is the failure before ordering parts.
