San Jose is the biggest city we cover and the kitchens run high. Almaden (95120) and Cambrian (95124) run Sub-Zero columns and Wolf ranges, and Willow Glen (95125) runs Thermador and Bosch Benchmark. Admiral is not in those kitchens. It is in the second unit. The older Willow Glen and Cambrian Craftsman lots that got an ADU or a converted detached garage almost always have an Admiral top-freezer or upright freezer out there, and Evergreen (95135) rentals still run them in the original kitchen.

Admiral was a Maytag build, so the parts cross-reference to the Maytag and Whirlpool catalog even when nothing wears the Admiral badge anymore. On a 20-plus-year-old unit that cross-reference is the whole game, and parts availability sets the ceiling, not labor. We block South-Bay route days so we are not running back and forth across 880 for one call. On an Evergreen rental fridge the usual ticket is a defrost failure or a warm fresh-food side from a drain clog.
