ADRIUM was started by Andrew Kuznetsov, who grew up in an engineering family in Ukraine and spent his adult working life in Russia in technical trades. In 2019 Andrew received political asylum in the United States and rebuilt his career from scratch in the San Francisco Bay Area, starting with appliance and HVAC field service.
The path from there to running a business was straightforward. Andrew has always preferred the wrench to the sales pitch. Every customer call in the early years compounded into a service playbook that now runs across two divisions. Engineering instinct first, parts catalog second, no guesswork in the middle.
Today ADRIUM Service Solutions operates out of San Ramon, holds an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and carries California state contractor and refrigerant credentials in good standing. The Manitowoc factory certification was added in February 2026 after Andrew completed the Manitowoc Ice and Koolaire Field Service Seminar at Pentair Water Solutions.
Andrew remains the lead technician on most calls. When we send a second tech, it is one Andrew trained personally on this playbook. There is no call center. There is no contractor network. If you book ADRIUM, you get ADRIUM.
